She can fist-Pump her way out. Longtime Sur server and troublemaker Kristen Doute was fired by Lisa Vanderpump in the Monday, Feb. 2 episode of Bravo's Vanderpump Rules.

Doute, who had been with Sur for seven years, spoke to Bravo for a blog post on Feb. 3 about her prompt dismissal, which she says she was not expecting. Doute was disrespectful to Sur management, which led to a discussion between the West Hollywood hotspot's manager and owners Vanderpump, husband Ken Todd, and Argentinean restaurateurs Guillermo and Nathalie Zapata.

"I had this weird feeling and I happened to walk by the VIP room in the lounge and I saw Lisa sitting with Ken and Guillermo and Nathalie—their business partners—and my manager sitting at the table and I thought to myself, 'Oh no, this isn't good,'" Doute told the site. "I had a feeling it was about me."

As evidenced by Doute's conduct and abrupt firing in Monday night's episode, the stubborn brunette server refused to admit wrongdoing after she had challenged authority (telling her manger to walk the f— away) in a screaming match that was overheard by restaurant patrons. While Vanderpump wanted her employee to apologize and move forward from the incident, a less-than-contrite Doute denied any wrongdoing.

"Take responsibility for your actions," Vanderpump told Doute in the confrontation. (The British entrepreneur's remarks come as no surprise as the drama-prone server was known for stirring up trouble amongst the restaurant's staffers. While Doute was dating her ex Tom Sandoval, she notoriously cheated on him with Sur bartender Jax Taylor. Later, Tom and Jax got into a raucous brawl in the explosive season two finale.)

Drama aside, Vanderpump tweeted Monday that her decision to fire Doute was difficult.

After Doute's firing was made known to the other employees at Sur, the kitchen staffers were seen rejoicing over their former colleague's dismissal.

Doute added to Bravo on Tuesday that she probably "should have quit a long time ago," and harbored very little resentment against her former boss. "I have to say, I wouldn't have any of this without her," Doute said of the Beverly Hills Housewife. "I wouldn't have the job, I wouldn't have the show. So as much as I'm not her biggest fan and vice-versa, I'm grateful for the opportunities she's given me."

Doute still hopes Vanderpump will bring her back. "At this point, we're three years in, and everything that I've been through, I put my life on the line for everyone to see," she explained. "I'd want to continue the journey. I don't want to throw everything away just because I don't work at Sur."
