Brandi Glanville Denies Pre-Planning 'RHOBH' Scenes, Claims Denise Richards 'Hit It and Quit It' and Answers More Burning Questions

Fans have questions after the explosive Wednesday, July 22, episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills … and Brandi Glanville has answers. The 47-year-old reality TV personality opened up exclusively to Us Weekly after her bombshell claims that she and Denise Richards “hooked up” in April 2019. “I’m not lying,” Brandi told Us on Thursday, July 23, about her alleged hookup with Denise, 49. “People can say whatever they want to say. Listen, it doesn't matter because I know my truth and the truth is setting me free right now because I don't have to keep this f—king secret anymore. Because I hate [secrets], I just am not good at secrets. … I don't like when I think somebody has something on me. It's just the worst feeling. That's why I live my life so out loud.” During Wednesday’s episode of the Bravo hit, fans saw Brandi nervously tell Teddi Mellencamp and Kyle Richards about her alleged sexual encounter with Denise. She claimed that the two women slept together when Brandi visited Denise on set in Northern California to interview her for her podcast “Unfiltered” in April 2019. “I went and I was going to get my own room, but Denise said, ‘No, just stay here. It’s fine. I’ll get you a rollaway bed,’” Brandi claimed on the episode, adding that Denise’s daughter 15-year-old daughter, Lola, was also on the trip with a friend. “There was no rollaway bed. … The kids were downstairs and we were in the loft and there was no door. And I just couldn’t get into it. The next day, Denise said to me, ‘No matter what you do, you just can’t tell Aaron. He will kill me.’ And I’m like, ‘What the f—k is happening right now?’” [jwplayer 9vFBOeyJ-l3ahXupL] While a source denied Brandi’s story, claiming that Denise’s husband, Aaron Phypers, was present for the trip and stayed with his wife in a separate room from Brandi, the Drinking and Tweeting author maintains that the Malibu healing center owner before she got there. “I never even saw him,” Brandi told Us while promoting www.celeb.chat, which allows fans to book live chats with stars for up to 30 minutes, “But he knew I was coming and he knew I was there.” Brandi also claimed on the episode that she was told Aaron would be “OK” with his wife sleeping with another woman. (Denise, for her part, has vehemently denied that she hooked up with Brandi.) “The morning after … I was just kind of in shock by it,” Brandi told Us about Denise’s pleas not to tell Aaron. “And she continued to be really nice to me. Why Brandi Shared the Story On-Camera

Brandi denied that she was using Denise to try to get back on the show.

“If I was just doing it to make a splash, why would I not have done it last season? Then they would have brought be back full-time this season because they would have had a giant full f—king story line,” she said. “I didn't say it last season because I was worried that I was a cheater after she's like, ‘Oh Aaron's going to kill me if he finds out.’  I thought, 'What is she talking about?' That is bullsh--t.'"

"I was still on the fence about telling the other women. And then it came up at Kyle's when Kim brought it up," Brandi told Us. "And then I didn't really have a choice but to share. We were legitimately going to my birthday dinner. The producers didn't even know. Kim was the only person that knew. Kim didn't tell Kyle."

When Brandi Last Spoke to Denise

After the alleged April 2019 encounter, Brandi told Us that she didn’t see Denise in person. “We texted but it was always like, ‘Hey I'm really busy,’ too cool for school.”

Brandi saw Denise for the first time at Kyle’s November 2019 charity event.

“I hadn't told any of the women. I shared with my off-camera friends but once you tell one person in this group news travels fast. Denise started hitting me up again once she found out I would be filming Housewives,” she said. “I was annoyed. And then Denise started talking s—t about all the other women like we were best friends.”

Why Brandi Made the Throuple Remark to Denise and Aaron

At the top of Wednesday’s episode, fans saw Brandi tell Denise and Aaron that she wanted to be in a “throuple” with them.

“Denise and Aaron had talked to me before about threesomes and finding girls so it wasn't just random that I brought it up,” Brandi told Us.

Denise, meanwhile, has repeatedly said she and Aaron do not have an “open marriage.”

On the Alleged Hookup

“I wasn't really into it,” Brandi told Us. "We had both had a lot to drink."

She concluded: "She's a beautiful girl and that's all I want to say."

Does Brandi Have Any Regrets?

“No, because ultimately it was a big relief and this was weighing me down and stressing me out,” she told Us. “I want it to be done, yes. I would love to have an honest conversation with her and then we can both put this behind us.”

What Comes Next

While Lisa Rinna declared that the July 16 RHOBH reunion taping was “bulls—t” because of a “cease and desist,” a source told Us that “there was no cease and desist issued for the reunion.”

Brandi previously confirmed that she would be filming a separate one-on-one interview with Andy Cohen after conversing with producers.
