Celebs That Love ‘The Real Housewives’ Franchise: Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Jonah Hill and More

Nicki Minaj and Rihanna are self-proclaimed Real Housewives superfans — and they’re not alone. In July 2021, Minaj revealed via social media that she would love to host the Real Housewives of Potomac reunion, which host Andy Cohen supported. “I want to see this!” he wrote in the comments section of Minaj’s post. Several cast members including Gizelle Bryant, Karen Huger, Robyn Dixon and Wendy Osefo showed their love for the idea as well. Rihanna, meanwhile, showed her support for the Real Housewives of New York City’s Leah McSweeney in July 2021 while wearing one of her Married to the Mob streetwear items. “You’re not exactly my demographic, so it’s all good. I already have Rihanna wearing my sh—t, I don’t need you wearing my sh—t,” McSweeney said on the show when costar Ramona Singer took a dig at her clothing line. Rihanna then took to Instagram to share a selfie of her wearing a “Bitch Mob” t-shirt. “What was said @ramonasinger?😂#RHONY,” she wrote alongside a clip of the scene. The Mad Men alum revealed that he was a big fan of the Bravo universe during a June 2023 appearance on the Today show. In addition to being a big [The Real Housewives of New] Jersey man,” the actor added that he is also "a Vanderpumper,” and “a Beverly Hills-ian.”

Ham noted that while he's enjoyed RHONY over the years, the new cast gave him pause. “We'll see what this whole new New York is all about,” he quipped.

"Asking what city of the Housewives is simply the best, that's like asking what your favorite child is. They're all beautiful in different ways," the actor gushed to Bustle in February 2023. In July 2022, the couple opened up about their love for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

"I have been a fan from the very beginning. I started watching it from the first season," the Yellowjackets star told E! News, noting that she later got her husband hooked as well.

Ritter, for his part, added, "I'm definitely not like one of those like, 'My wife watches it…' I'm like, 'It's the night! We gotta see it.' I'm really into it. I like seeing a group of friends that's like an amorphous sort of blob of hurt feelings and coming back together and forgiveness, and all that stuff."

The “I Can’t Love You Anymore” singer has been a fan of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for years, meeting Kyle Richards in 2021.

“I’ve been a fan of hers probably longer than she's been of mine, but I met her at the Aspen Jazz Festival last year,” she recalled on the radio in April 2022. “She reached out via Instagram and asked if she and her family could come backstage after the show, and I was so excited to meet her and we talked for like an hour and she was so lovely, but, yeah, huge, huge Kyle Richards fan so I just love that this job takes you into the weirdest places and you meet the most fun people.”

That same month, Kyle and costars Dorit Kemsley and Sutton Stracke posed for snaps with Morris at Stagecoach.

Kyle Richards previously shared a story about how one of her daughters met the performer.

"One of my favorite stories is my daughter was at a karaoke place and someone came in and there's like a commotion, like a big entourage. She turned around and was talking to her friends and then she felt a tap on her shoulder and she turned around and it was Rihanna," Richards told The Los Angeles Times in June 2018. "I think the star of the Real Housewives is the franchise itself," Paulson shared during an interview with Vanity Fair in October 2019.  

The actress also opened up about an awkward encounter she had with a Beverly Hills housewife.

"You know, I don't want her coming after me on Twitter. But I won't miss [Lisa Vanderpump]. I'll miss the dynamic she brings to the group, which is, you know the fear of God she instills in everyone, but no, I won't miss her," she noted at the time. Minaj first teased a potential collaboration with RHOP when she posted the season 6 trailer that included a remix of her song "Moment 4 Life."  

"I'll be hosting the reunion. lmk what y'all want me to ask chile," the rapper wrote via Instagram in July 2021.

The performer didn't hold back when she listed "all the cities" under her favorite franchises toCohen.

"I really like Karent [Sierra], because everybody hates her because she's gorgeous," the singer mentioned during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in September 2013. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Rinna revealed during the season 11 reunion in October 2021 that the “Watermelon Sugar” singer love to keep up with the Bravo series.

Styles is such a big fan that the RHOBH cast sent him a special surprise amid the COVID-19 pandemic. "He actually asked some of us for a birthday video," Dorit Kemsley said before viewers saw a clip of her message to the former One Direction member.

“Hearing that you have been self-quarantined and binge-watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is just about the best news I've gotten all month," she told the Dunkirk actor in the video.
