As Khloé Kardashian prepared for her first Met Gala appearance, it was the reality star's weight loss that was on everyone's minds. During a new episode of Hulu's The Kardashians, which premiered on Thursday, November 10, Kim Kardashian showed excitement for her sister's debut at fashion's biggest night. "You are skinnier than ever," the Skims founder, 42, told Khloé, 38, as she tried on her look for the New York City event. Kim offered Khloé another compliment by calling her a "skinny mini" in her gold form-fitting Moschino gown, which she wore to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in May. Jeremy Scott, who is the creative director for Moschino, also praised the Good American cofounder's appearance, saying, "Your measurements are skinnier than the models who would do the show. You should know that — that little waist is teensy itsy bitsy." Earlier in the season, Kim expressed concern about Khloé's drastic body transformation amid her issues with Tristan Thompson. “You look very skinny. I will say that Kendall [Jenner] and Kylie [Jenner] — not that I’m trying to out them — but they did text me and say that they were a little concerned for you because you’re really skinny,” the aspiring attorney shared in a September episode of the reality series. [jwplayer beYc71PV-zhNYySv2] Khloé, who shares daughter True, 4, and a son, 4 months, with her ex-boyfriend, 31, pointed out that she was dealing with a lot in her personal life. “Going through what I went through with Tristan was incredibly hard," she said in a confessional, referring to Tristan's paternity scandal with Maralee Nichols. "The hardest part about it all is training yourself to un-love someone. This was my life for six years. Just because somebody does you dirty doesn’t mean you fall out of love with them instantly.” Following the episode, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that Khloé was working on herself after the public drama. "She has radically changed since [filming season 2]," the insider explained, adding that the Strong Looks Better Naked author "listened to her family when they told her she was too thin and decided to make a change. "Khloé has started to drink less, eat healthier and change her outlook. The fact that she flew to Italy for D&G shows that she is taking back control over her life." A Career Milestone

"I have been officially invited to the Met. I have been invited in the past, I have just opted not to go. I am not big on red carpets — I think I have made that very clear," Khloé explained in a confessional. "But Kimberly has a way with words and I am also sort of a pushover with some things. I guess I allowed her to push me over."

Showing Her Support

During the episode, Kim noted that the 2022 Meta Gala would be special for several reasons, saying, "This is so exciting. This is the first time that every sister will be at the Met together. Kourtney [Kardashian]'s first time [and] Khloe's first time."

Building Up Her Confidence

In a confessional, the KKW Beauty founder reflected on Khloé's past ambivalence toward the event.

"Khloé has always been really nervous to go to the Met. But after this year, we decided she is going and that is it. Me and myself," Kim detailed. "So, I was like, 'You are going to look amazing. You are going to use my glam and we are going to get ready together.'" 

She continued: "'We are going to make this the best experience ever and you are going to feel good about yourself. You are going to show the world, 'F--k you, I am invited to the Met, dude.'"

Making the Look Work

While trying on her sparkly ensemble, Khloé admitted she couldn't "breathe" in the outfit. In response, Kim said, "You don't need to breathe."

Jeremy, for his part, joked that breathing was "overrated."

Showering Her With Praise

Ahead of the Met Gala, Jeremy shut down the California native when she expressed concern about her height. "You are not too tall. You are perfect. These gorgeous long legs? Heaven," the fashion designer said. "You look glamorous. You look like what everyone wants a movie star to look like and no movie stars can f--king manage to look like today."

According to Khloé, the upcoming appearance was still "really overwhelming" for her. "I love how everyone is being so supportive, but that doesn't take away from how many cameras are going be there and how long the carpet is," she explained. "I feel really great in the dress. There is definitely some work that needs to be done, but it is incredible how good it looks in the very first fitting."
