The 18-year-old’s mother helped her plan her nuptials at The Chapel at Planet Hollywood. She calls the process “a little overwhelming,” but says, “I think everything was perfect.”

Pumpkin — who tried on five or six dresses before finding the right one — tells Us her mother became emotional when she requested that she walk her down the aisle: “It's something I asked her to do because it's always been me, her, Alana and my other sisters. I felt like she should be the one to walk me down the aisle.”

Giving Her Away

The Mama June: From Not to Hot star says June and Josh worked through their previous problems before the big day. “Everybody was there, so they have their issues, but sometimes they work through them,” Pumpkin explains. “I think everyone got through their problems, and it was a great day for everybody.”

Sister, Sister

Pumpkin and Josh welcomed their first child in December. “We were at a stage in our relationship where we needed things to change and be married and be able to work as a couple, you know?” she tells Us of their decision to tie the knot.

The former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star’s favorite moment of the wedding was saying “I do” to her groom: “Me and Josh have been together for a very long time, and now he's the father of my child, and you know, ‘I do’ is the start of now and forever.”

Pumpkin wouldn’t confirm if her mother proposed to boyfriend Geno at the nuptials but clarified, “I don’t think I’d be mad,” if the moment did occur.

Taking Vows

Though Pumpkin couldn’t remember her wedding date, she did recall the couple’s promises to each other: “Basically both of our vows said that no matter how tough things get, you know, we'll always love each other and always be there for one another, no matter what happens with the family or anything like that.”
