Love Life is an anthology series, meaning each season has focused on a different main character. In a potential third chapter, Kendrick hopes to center more diverse experiences. “[An LGBTQ+ story] was something we talked about when we were running around pitching the show from the jump, so obviously that’s something we would be really excited to do,” she told Variety in October 2021.
