Miss and Mr. Golden Globes Through the Years

The Beverly Hillbillies' Douglas was named the very first Miss Golden Globe by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association in 1963. Douglas — lauded for her TV credibility — shared the honor with a film designee, Operation Bikini actress Eva Six.

Best known as Krystle Carrington on Dynasty, Evans was cast on The Big Valley one year after appearing as Miss Golden Globe in 1964.

The daughter of Tippi Hedren and Peter Griffith, Melanie was named Miss Golden Globe in 1975. Thirty-one years later, in 2006, the Globe-winning star's daughter Dakota Johnson carried out the same duties.

Jamie Foxx's daughter, an aspiring model and actress, performed her Miss Golden Globe duties at the 2016 ceremony with ease. "The best part about this job is I don't have to speak on stage, I kind of just get to sit and observe and look pretty," she told WWD before the show.

Sylvester Stallone's three daughters are set to split Miss Golden Globes' duties at the 2017 ceremony on January 8.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced that the title of “Miss Golden Globes” was renamed “Golden Globes Ambassador.” Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s eldest daughter became the first person with the new title in 2018.
