‘Billy Elliot’
Elton John penned the music for Billy Elliot: The Musical, which was inspired by the 2000 film of the same name as young Billy begins taking ballet lessons despite his family’s hesitations. The show ran on Broadway between October 2008 and January 2012. The London iteration even featured a young Tom Holland in the role of Billy Elliot.
