Laurie Metcalf
Though she appears as local news reporter Debbie Salt throughout most of Scream 2, she later reveals herself to be Billy’s mom, Mrs. Loomis, during the film’s climax. She recruits Mickey (Timothy Olyphant) from a serial killer-devoted website and devises a plan to seek revenge on Sidney.
