‘Summer House’ Season 6: Everything We Know About the Bravo Series

The Hamptons are calling! The cast of Summer House has been heating up the East Coast’s beaches since 2017 — and season 6 won’t be any different. OGs Lindsay Hubbard, Kyle Cooke, Carl Radke and Amanda Batula have turned partying in the summertime into a full-time job that continues to keep fans hooked. With the additions of Danielle Olivera in 2018, Hannah Berner and Paige DeSorbo in 2019 and Luke Gulbranson in 2020, Bravo rounded out its drama-filled cast. Ciara Miller joined the crew in 2021. Season 5, which was pushed amid the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and later filmed in a quarantine setting, shook things up for the partygoers. Tensions grew during shooting as the stars weren’t allowed to go back to New York City or their respective homes during the week as usual. Instead, they stayed under one roof and were filmed nonstop in order to stay safe amid the health crisis. “It’s exhausting, like, just to know that there is a camera watching you 24/7,” Paige exclusively told Us Weekly during an April 2021 episode of Us’ “Here for the Right Reasons” podcast. “You definitely get used to having a camera guy holding a camera in your room, but there would be certain times at night, like, I would just look in the corner to the surveillance and just be like, ‘I hate you.’” [jwplayer pCT23eSw-zhNYySv2] The TV personality recalled waking up in a “full sweat” once she finally returned back home after the dramatic filming situation. “[I thought], ‘Oh, my God, I’m still being watched.’ And you look in the corner of your bedroom to look for the camera and you’re like, ‘Oh, yeah, OK, it’s not there and I’m not being filmed,’” Paige explained. “So it is a mind trip.” When it comes to season 6, the original format will seemingly be restored as the stars travel to and from the city. Who Is Returning?

Bravo has yet to announce the official cast for season 6, but Lindsay, Kyle, Amanda, Paige and Ciara have all hinted at their returns. According to social media, Carl, Danielle and Luke all appear to be coming back.

Hannah Berner Is Out!

The “Berning in Hell” podcast host announced in May 2021 that she was exiting the series after three seasons. Hannah joined the cast during season 3, which aired in 2019, but opted to focus on her comedy career instead of returning for season 6.

When Did It Film?

According to social media, the cast reunited on multiple occasions over the summer beginning in late June 2021. They were also in attendance at Kyle and Amanda’s September 2021 wedding.

Wedding Bells

Kyle and Amanda’s nuptials will be featured on the upcoming season after fans saw the couple’s practice wedding on the season 5 finale. The official ceremony took place in September 2021.

Andrea Denver Joins!

The Winter House star will pop up on the new season, Lindsay exclusively told Us in October 2021. “Andrea was in our Summer House and maybe I'm not allowed to say that,” she said. “I might get in trouble!”

‘Southern Charm’ Boys

Lindsay told Us in October 2021 that both Craig Conover, who is dating Paige, and Austen Kroll “came out” to the Hamptons while season 6 was filming. “They were both at Kyle and Amanda's wedding,” she explained. “Yeah, you'll see those boys on the next season of Summer House.”

‘Winter House’ Crossover?

Craig hinted that the Winter House drama would spill over into the new seasons of Southern Charm and Summer House. “What’s fun is that you have Winter House, you have Summer House and then you have Southern Charm,” the Sewing Down South founder exclusively told Us in October 2021. “So, it’s a little nerve-wracking, but I’m also really excited to be back with everyone. You’ll see our dynamics from Winter House then carry into this summer and who knows how that’s going to go.”

Bring on the Newbies

Danielle couldn’t help but gush over the newcomers shortly after the trailer dropped.

“It was crowded, but I will say I love new energy or just any new perspective,” the University of Delaware alum exclusively told Us at the DeuxMoi x Studs Holiday Party in December 2021. “It was so great like Maya [Allen], and I'm obsessed with her, and I think she was just a great new perspective. Because we've been so involved with all these people for so long, that there's things that we feel like we can't say but Maya's like, ‘Wait, hold up.’ That outside fresh new perspective is something I think we need.”

A Wild Ride

“As always, we are a roller coaster of a friend group,” Danielle told Us in December 2021 about the new season. “The people that you think are going to be together forever, we question a lot of those friendships. We question a lot of relationships, and at the end of the day, what wasn't seen in the trailer, we have so much fun!”

The New York resident also teased plenty of theme parties this season that are “out of control,” as well as a brand-new, “bigger” house. “I can honestly guarantee you [this is] probably our best season yet,” she explained.

An Explosive Fight

After a heated altercation between Danielle and Ciara was featured in the season trailer, the Summer House OG admitted she “blacked out” in the moment.

“[Ciara] threw the wine glass and it shattered on my chest,” Danielle exclusively told Us in December 2021. “I'm like, ‘What the f—k? Like, are you kidding me?’ And so, the truth is the next day, I saw bruises … because of that wine glass that she threw at me and shattered on my chest bone. I'm not OK. I'm not OK about it. In that moment of rage, I just couldn't believe it was happening but then when you watch the slow-mo, I had no idea the wine glass was being thrown at me.”

Kyle and Amanda on the Rocks?

While the couple are now married — they tied the knot in September 2021 — a teaser for the season 6 premiere revealed that Kyle and Amanda almost didn’t make it down the aisle. In a clip released in January 2022, fans can see Amanda having a breakdown at the Hamptons house while Kyle is out partying.

“Every time he gets this f—ked up it’s so triggering for me,” Amanda tells pals Ciara and Paige, referring to the time he cheated on her while drunk. In the video, Amanda calls Kyle 27 times and then breaks his things in the bathroom and puts his luggage outside when he doesn’t answer.
