John and Kady
After leaving the island separately, John revealed in the time jump that when they got home, he was willing to keep working on things together. However, that ended when Johnny flew her out to New York to visit. He also said he and Katheryn are still friends but not in a relationship due to the distance between them. As for Kady, she went and saw Johnny in New York but is now single.
