The Shameless alum opened up about her allergy to The Wrap in 2014 after appearing on Top Chef, where contestants were challenged with creating last-minute, gluten-free dishes for her. “I’m allergic to gluten. I have a mild celiac [disease],” she explained, adding that “the chefs were definitely terrified.”
