Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson doesn’t mess around when it comes to his “cheat” meals. While the Ballers star reportedly loads up on healthy protein, veggies and healthy grains during the week – Muscle and Fitness reported in 2015 that he consumes seven daily meals consisting of a total of 2.3 pounds of cod, 12 eggs, hearty helpings of steak and chicken plus two potatoes, vegetables and rice – a quick glance at his Instagram feed indicates he allows himself to indulge once a week. Buffalo Sirloin With Eggs and Pancakes

The star switched things up a bit for his post-workout cheat brunch on August 2. He had a bowl of buffalo sirloin with eggs, alongside a massive stack of pancakes topped with syrup that was infused with Teremana tequila. "Post workout brunch with zero chance of survival," Johnson quipped in the caption. "Enjoy your Sunday and your cheat meals, my friends."

A Huge Dessert for National Ice Cream Day

In honor of the food holiday on July 19, Johnson crafted his own epic ice cream sundae using three different kinds of ice cream, whipped cream, his own Teremana tequila and a Teremana-infused caramel syrup. "This’ll change your life - you’re welcome," he explained on Instagram. "Enjoy your cheat meals, my friends."

French Toast Forever

The star added a "cool twist" to one of his favorite cheat meals — two slabs of ultra-thick Brioche french toast — on July 12 by topping the treat with coconut flakes coated in Teremana tequila. The tropical touch was in addition to Teremana-infused maple syrup and whipped cream that was also made with the spirit. "This one is absolutely ridiculous and 💯 guaranteed to send you to bed happy and sinfully satiated," he declared on Instagram. "I will give gluttony new meaning tonight."

A 4th of July Treat

"I’m jumpin’ headfirst into my sugar & tequila holiday weekend 🤣🍰🥃," the Titan Games host captioned an Instagram video of his 4th of July 2020 cheat meal. Though the Baywatch star usually saves his high-calorie feasts for Sunday evenings, he got an early start because of the holiday and chowed down on two slabs of 4-inch french toast topped with peanut butter, jelly and tequila-infused maple syrup, as well as a massive slice of cheesecake. "Considering the year 2020 has already been for us - we’ve earned ourselves some decadent satisfaction. "This holiday weekend, EVERYday will be my cheat day 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️," he added. A Spaghetti Feast

The star chowed down on a two-part cheat meal on May 24. To start, he ate a plate of spaghetti, which he washed down with some tequila. "The indulgence begins. Just pulled these delicious @teremana bad boys out of the freezer to compliment my cheat meal 🍝🥃. You can see the condensation 💦 🥶," he explained in the Instagram caption. "My friends, enjoy your holiday weekend with your families. And enjoy your cheat meals and ‘Mana." For dessert, the former WWE pro enjoyed three slices of thick brioche french toast topped with tequila-infused maple syrup and whipped cream. "This one was an all timer," he wrote. "Taking delicious to the next level."

Brioche French Toast With His Fans

On April 5, the star shared an Instagram video of one of his go-to cheat meals — a thick pile of brioche french toast — which he ate while talking to his fans. The former WWE pro topped the meal with jelly, peanut butter, whipped cream, chocolate syrup and maple syrup. “The insanely epic and yum 4 inch thick French toast [is] for the record books,” he explained in the caption.

“Smuthaad” French Toast and Tequila

For his first quarantine cheat meal on March 22, the star opted for a heavily topped breakfast meal and some of his own tequila. “Long week. 1am. Quiet time. @teremana [tequila] with brioche french toast smuthaad with peanut butter, jelly and maple syrup,” he explained in the caption. “Stay healthy and positive, my friends. #quarantinedcheatmeals.”

A Cheeseburger, Cheesecake and Brioche French Toast

The star treated himself to an epic cheat meal on February 23 while watching television. The feast began with a loaded cheeseburger and ended with half of a cheesecake and two massive slices of brioche French toast. “A cheat day for the ages. Juicy cheeseburger, fries and the smoothest chilled @teremana tequila,” the Wake Up Call alum shared via Instagram. “Brioche French Toast smothered in peanut butter and maple syrup with cheesecake & @espn’s 30 for 30 on the side. For perspective, the cheesecake slice is actually half a cheesecake, so you can imagine how massive these French toast slices are. Enjoy your cheat meals, my friends and have a productive week.”

Brioche French Toast and Tequila

The Rock moved his weekly cheat meal back a day and feasted on French toast and some of his own tequila on Monday, February 17, 2020. “When my two delicious worlds collide on my cheat day 🍞,” he wrote alongside an Instagram photo of his massive meal. “Extra thick brioche french toast, smothered with peanut butter (personal fav) and syrup.” The food, he noted, was “washed downed with my @teremana Reposado tequila shaken, chilled and poured back on the rocks.” The spread was clearly a favorite of the star, as he added: “#Welcome2Heaven, #ManaOnTheRocks and #GoesWithEverything.”

Five Pints of Ice Cream

The star got into the holiday spirit a tad early on December 8, 2019, when his cheat meal consisted of five pints on Salt & Straw ice cream. His flavors of choice were all holiday-inspired and included varieties like cinnamon chai spiced egg nog and gingerbread cookie dough, as well as a few custom pints. “It was a Dwanta Claus-style doozie,” Johnson said of his sweet smorgasbord. “The sugar-sweats kickin’ in and if you do a little zoom in action you’ll see a little surprise of Dwanta mixing up his own flavors of amazing ice cream and bringing gluttony and sugar sweats to a whole new level. Double-Dough Pizzas

On December 1, 2019, the Mana tequila creator enjoyed a post-Thanksgiving cheat meal that consisted of several cheese and Hawaiian slices of a double-dough pizza. As the star explained in his Instagram caption, a double-dough pizza is when the chef uses two doughs to make one pie. “I don’t do fancy well, but when it comes to quality the kid’s takin’ home the gold,” the actor quipped of his Italian meal, which he “highly recommends.”

The Rock’s cheat meal on November 3, 2019, was nothing short of a carb overload. “Kickin’ off my Sunday cheat meals right with pasta bolognese & 2 New York bagels,” he captioned an Instagram snapshot of his high-calorie feast. “Enjoy your cheat meals, my friends.”

Loaded Pancakes and Three Pints of Ice Cream

For his cheat meal on October 27, 2019, the star indulged his sweet tooth in a big, big way. “#sundaycheatmeal keeps rollin’ on as I bring new meaning to the word gluttony one bite at a time,” he captioned an Instagram snapshot of his late-night feast. “Pancakes smothered with peanut butter and syrup [and] not one, not two, but three pints of my fav ice cream [from] @saltandstraw.”

Apple Cobbler and Two Pints of Ice Cream

On October 13, 2019, the star feasted on what he deemed a “doozie” of a cheat meal. It consisted of “homemade apple cobbler and two pints of my personal heaven,” a.k.a. chocolate and vanilla ice cream. “Enjoy all your cheat meals my friends,” he wrote. “Everything in this picture had zero chance of survival.”

Two Bacon Cheeseburgers and an Array of Desserts

The Moana star bulked up with some help from a pair of cheeseburgers, french fries, a glass of his own tequila and a wide array of desserts on June 23, 2019. “Sunday cheat meal train rolls on down the line,” the actor declared before describing his satiating dinner. “Two fat 8 oz double cheeseburgers with bacon and fries. Double shot of my new tequila - chilled.” Anticipating that his big meal might get some pushback, The Rock explained that he had a “big shoot” for a project with Under Armour the following day. “In a crazy science, these cheat meals tonight should actually help my physique come in with a more fuller pump and vascularity for tomorrow’s shoot,” he noted. “Or maybe I’m just looking for more excuses to drink my tequila and eat like shit.” When it came time for some sweet treats, the star feasted on “brownies, blondies, peanut butter, chocolate chip and double chocolate cookies with a fat slice of a cheesecake chaser.”

A 33-Ounce Ribeye, Loaded Baked Potato and Dessert

The Titan Games host outdid himself on June 2, 2019, when he “cheated” with a massive steak, a loaded baked potato and a dessert course that consisted of multiple ice cream sandwiches, a large cookie and a slice of cake. “It’s not pretty, but it’s heavenly,” the actor began. “I needed some good cheat day fats so I went with a 33 oz bone-in ribeye with a 1 pound loaded baked potato.” He topped that meat-centric meal off with a quartet of “cookie ice cream sammiches” [sic] from The Milk Shop in L.A., a slice of cheesecake and a “big ass chocolate fudge cookie with salted caramel chips made into a big ass smile.” He concluded: “Enjoy your cheat meals my friends - they’re well-earned.”

A Massive Cookie and Ice Cream Sandwiches

The star kicked his Memorial Day celebrations off a tad early on May, 26, 2019 by going to town on a ginormous cookie and a chocolate fudge ice cream sandwich. “What’s not pictured here is the second ice cream cookie sammich [sic] I retrieved from the freezer as well as a big ass slice of NY cheesecake,” he wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of his meal. “I took my #CheatMealSunday to a whole new level of gluttony, greed and darkness. And I feel very good about myself.”

A Food Trifecta

The Rock was feeling a bit indecisive on December 9, 2018, as his cheat meal consisted of three gargantuan parts. First, the actor began with his usual sushi plate, but this time the raw fish was joined by a “big a– roasted turkey, smoked ham and cheese sammich hand-made by yours truly.”

“If you ain’t eatin’ then you ain’t cheatin’,” the actor added. “Enjoy your cheat meals my friends.” He then followed that up with a plate of 15 “ginormous” cookies made using milk chocolate and salted caramel chips, though he clarified he only ate about five and shared the others with his cast and crew.

18 Sushi Rolls and Cookies

When Johnson orders sushi, one of his cheat day favorites, he really goes all-out. For example, on September 23, 2018, the California native feasted on 18 large sushi rolls (we counted) and a bowl of soy sauce mixed with large pieces of wasabi. “The cheat meal Sunday Sushi Train rolls on… And yes, that’s hunks of WOO-sabi in my bowl of soy sauce – cause I’m proudly a sadist who enjoys pain and it’s time to go to pound town,” the father of two wrote, adding “#SundayCheatMeal” and “#SundaySushiTrain.”

18 Sushi Rolls and Cookies

And there was still more to go! That same night Johnson put away a plate of five cookie sandwiches with peanut butter in the middle for good measure. “The #SundayCheatMeal Cookie Train rolls on… its 1:30am (post Sushi Train) and time for dessert,” the star captioned a plate of sweet treats in front of his computer. “Let me ES-plain what your eye balls are looking at right now. Double milk chocolate and peanut butter chip cookies with creamy peanut butter smothered between the two cookies.”

Sushi and Cookies, Take Two

The Rock also feasted on sushi and cookies on July 29, 2018, only this time he had seven containers filled with the Japanese dish, which was followed by the requisite plate of cookies and jar of peanut butter. “The succulent sushi train rolls thru and right into my belly,” he wrote on Instagram at the time, later adding, “Homemade cheatin’ chocolate chip cookies  with a one-way ticket to Holy Moses heaven by smearing peanut butter on every cookie before I destroy them.”

As Johnson put it: “I know how to party. Hard.”

Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

When he’s not “cheating” with a helping of sushi large enough to feed a family of four, Johnson’s go-to indulgent meal is a large stack of chocolate chip banana pancakes topped with syrup and peanut butter. “It’s on - Sunday cheat meal. Chocolate chip banana pancakes, syrup, peanut butter and @aliwong,” he wrote on June 18, 2018, while eating and watching one of comedian Ali Wong’s comedy specials. “I’ll have my usual post cheat meal carb coma/sugar sweats by 2am tonight.”

A Pancake Birthday Treat

Calling it “one of the coolest gifts” he received for his 46th birthday, Johnson shared an Instagram video on May 5, 2018, during which he showed off a celebratory cake modeled after his “No. 1” cheat meal – “a big ass stack of chocolate chip banana pancakes drizzled with syrup.” And even though the cake looks remarkably like the popular breakfast food, Johnson insists it was, in fact, a dessert. “This is not pancakes, this is a cake,” he explained. “Take a good look at it, it’s crazy.”

A Combo Meal

It seems Johnson was a bit indecisive on March 26, 2018, because instead of chowing down on either one of his preferred cheat meals – sushi or pancakes – the Skyscraper star chose both. “Well earned late Sunday night cheat meal. Sush and banana, chocolate chip pancakes,” he shared. “Hello sugar sweats by 2am. #CameSawConquered.” While it’s difficult to see exactly how many pancakes are in that stack, Johnson put away at least eight sushi rolls.

Turkey Subs and Fudge Brownies

Johnson veered away from the sushi and pancakes on January 29, 2018, and instead indulged in two turkey subs and a plate of decadent brownies. “I make my cheat meals EPIC because, hell we all work hard and only live once,” he wrote. “Huge turkey subs - oven roasted turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato onion and mayo on the side. Huge fudge brownies with milk chocolate chips, natural peanut butter and fudge smothered and drizzled on top.”

Though a meal like that might be too much for most people to handle, Johnson polished everything off like a pro. “A beautiful night of decadence and sin and by 2am I was drenched in sugar sweats trying to sleep,” he added. “But much like the many addictions I have in my life - the going up is always worth the coming down.”

Massive Cookie Plate

Why have dinner when you can just go straight to dessert? That’s exactly what Johnson did on July 17, 2017 while re-watching season one of Stranger Things, but if the plate of ten ginormous cookies is any indication, he didn’t exactly go to bed hungry. “I will do this while destroying jumbo cookies, because I am all these kids wrapped up in one,” he quipped.

Steak and Potatoes

Since he clearly has both a sweet and savory palette, Johnson switched things up on June 25, 2017, and went with a meat and potato dinner. More specifically, the actor’s night consisted of “Spinach salad, baked potato, double shot of tequila, movies on my Mac and a big sexy hunk of dead cow.”

“Been workin' for weeks without a day off so this Saturday night celebrating my one day off tomorrow (Sunday) was a long time coming,” he explained. “Enjoy your weekend my friends and make sure you're finding your balance. And dead cow.”

'Cheat Meal Heaven'

Apparently Johnson came face-to-face with his version of “cheat meal heaven” on January 22, 2017, and it consisted of a double turkey sub and two different types of brownies. “I got big mitts, so this pic doesn't do the actual size of this double turkey sub justice,” he wrote. “That absurdity on the right is mini i-Pad sized peanut butter S’mores and peanut butter brownies.”

A Christmas Cheat Meal

Johnson treated himself to a festive cheat meal on December 26, 2016, and really outdid himself. “8 slices of sourdough French toast topped with loads of apple pie,” he wrote, adding that he “sat on the couch like the big, brown, bald, tattooed glutinous version of Jabba The Hutt.”

“It was my Christmas gift to myself and I want everyone out there to remember one of our golden rules during the holidays, ‘Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself.’”

A 20 oz. Ribeye

While watching the American Music Awards in Atlanta on November 20, 2016, Johnson embraced some of the local cuisine. He had a “20oz Ribeye & 1lb baked potato” from Chops Steakhouse in Georgia’s capital city, and topped that off with a large plate of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

Burgers and Cookies

“Not sure why but every time me and my buds order a huge #UFC fight, it's my excuse to have big ass cheat meals,” Johnson wrote on August 20, 2016. Said dinner included two “burgers, homemade oatmeal chocolate chip and regular chocolate chip cookies,” with more hidden away in the refrigerator. Someone really loves his cookies!
