How Biggest Loser’s SunShine Hampton Dropped 115 Pounds!

SunShine Hampton dropped 99 pounds on The Biggest Loser — and then lost 16 more at home after being voted off in March.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, on stands today, the 5-foot-6 aspiring nurse, 24 — who has never went on a date or had a boyfriend — explains how she went from a size 24 to a size 8 in eight months. (Michael Ventrell, a 31-year-old DJ from Chicago, won the NBC show's Tuesday-night finale after losing a staggering 264 pounds.)

After leaving the series (she competed with dad O'Neal Hampton, 51, who dropped 159 lbs.), Hampton whittled her waist by devising her own diet plan, which includes egg white omelets for breakfast, tuna salad with low-fat Caesar dressing for lunch and white fish with veggies for dinner. She also exercises six hours a day, including a 5-mile stroll in the morning, a group fitness or boxing class in the afternoon and a treadmill walk on an incline or a swim at night.
