New season, new hair! That’s the approach that Ariel Winter and Kristen Stewart took, as both actresses debuted big hair changes: a haircut and a color change.
Winter has always rocked locks that hang past her shoulders, even when she dyed her hair strawberry red in March. But on Thursday, November 3, the Modern Family star, who went back to black in July, chopped her strands into a sleek, chin-length bob before hitting Kanye West’s Saint Pablo concert in Los Angeles.
“I hate you all- short hair:),” Winter, 18, captioned a Snapchat selfie at the show, also showing off her sexy cleavage-baring long-sleeved corset top in the process.
While Winter held on to the same hue, Stewart, 26, switched it up in a major way on Wednesday, November 2. The Cafe Society star, who went platinum blonde during the summer and yellow-blonde in September, went back to brunette while in Paris. She also kept her hair the same length, maintaining the pixie that she debuted in September as well. Dedicated Twi-hards should remember that the actress, who played Bella Swan in the five Twilight films, wore her hair brown and long just like her character from the book series.
Stewart dished on her dream of switching up her style in a January 2014 interview with Into the Gloss.
“If I wasn’t an actor, I would definitely do things to my hair. I would cut it more, I would dye it more. At some point I want to do a total boy cut, completely — not a pretty, girly version — like a straight up James Dean haircut,” the actress, who still had long brown hair at the time, said. And the girl’s got some more #goals, too: “I’m definitely going to shave my head before I die. I will definitely tattoo my head while it’s shaved before my hair grows back.…If you looked at pictures of me when I was 14 or 15, you couldn’t tell the difference between me and my brothers. I looked like a boy, fully. I really like extremes.”
