Butler was inspired by Danes’ gold Schiaparelli Haute Couture dress, which boasted a ’70s vibe. “Since she has a one-length bob, we used Michelle Pfeiffer in Scarface and Julie Christie in Shampoo as inspiration,” he told Stylish. “We wanted to give her bob waves and a ton of volume.”
And when all was said and done? “She was extremely happy with the final look,” he said, and added, “She looked really, really beautiful!”
