Perfection per usual! Kate Hudson was our ultimate style crush at the red carpet premiere of Deepwater Horizon on Tuesday, September 13, at the Toronto International Film Festival 2016.
The Oscar-nominated actress, 37, stole the show in a sheer, lace Alexander McQueen dress, complete with a bustier-style bodice embellished with beaded stars. She accessorized the sultry number with Giuseppe Zanotti Sharon shoes and a Lee Savage clutch.
For just a touch more sparkle, Hudson added a pearl and diamond necklace, diamond hoop earrings and four diamond rings, all by Tiffany & Co. Naturally, she captioned a close-up of her baubles via Instagram, “Breakfast at TIFF-anys 💍!”
The mom of two finished the ensemble with a simple braid secured with a thin black ribbon, with tendrils pulled loose to frame her face.
Of course, the premiere wasn’t just another standout fashion moment for the star — it was a family affair too! Her mother Goldie Hawn‘s longtime partner, Kurt Russell, costars with Hudson in the film about the real-life Deepwater Horizon oil spill of 2010. So naturally, he attended the premiere by the Almost Famous stunner’s side, posing for pictures with her. “Special time sharing this film with my Pa 🙏,” she wrote via Instagram.
Hudson was also snapped giving another one of her costars, Gina Rodriguez, a huge bear hug on the carpet. The Jane the Virgin actress stunned in a plunging, floral lace dress by Badgley Mischka, cinched at the waist with a gauzy ribbon, and Chopard diamonds.
