Working on her time!

Kim Zolciak is currently competing in the latest season of Dancing With the Stars, which means that she’s logging countless hours in the studio with pro partner Tony Dovolani—and missing her routine Botox appointments.

Zolciak, 37, thanked her go-to dermatologist, Dr. Simon Ourian (the man behind Kylie Jenner‘s plump pout and Kim Kardashian‘s stretch-mark treatments), for tending to her emergency. “Thank you @simonourianmd1 for coming in for me!! I needed Botox desperately lol,” she wrote via Instagram on Monday, Sept. 21.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, who married football player Kroy Biermann in 2011, added that she also needed to stock up on the good doc’s skin products. “I’m obsessed with [Ourian’s] flawless serum, eye cream and moisturizer!” she shared. “I truly appreciate you #CooLaser #SkinCare #GreatDoctor #MyScheduleIsCrazy”

Of course, her “crazy schedule,” is a product of DWTS‘ nonstop practice schedule, which she’s admitted has kept her away from home—and her six children—more than she likes. Sharing a photo of her son, Kash, 3, Zolciak captioned, “I can’t take it!!! Pics I’m getting this morning of my Niño Kash! I miss my babies…” Her one consolation? “[It’s] so much easier knowing daddy is home at night though,” she said.
