The Café Society star, 26, swapped her platinum blonde locks with dark roots for a yellower shade. And she appeared to go even shorter, too, snipping the back of her chin-length bob and leaving the front longer. Her edgy ‘do complemented her fierce look and smoldering glam. Her longtime stylist Tara Swennen outfitted the actress in a black and metallic silver cropped Chanel sweater, black Vince pants and pointy-toe lace-up booties. Makeup artist Jamie Greenberg gave her translucent skin some glow with bronze eyeshadow and a rosy lip.

Stewart, who’s a Chanel ambassador, appeared to go without a date for the night, but it’s safe to assume that her mind was still on her on-off girlfriend of three years, Alicia Cargile. After reflecting on her five-year relationship with Robert Pattinson in a recent interview with T Magazine, she gushed about her longtime love, a visual-effects producer.

“People wanted me and Rob to be together so badly that our relationship was made into a product,” the Twilight alum noted. “It wasn’t real life anymore. And that was gross to me. It’s not that I want to hide who I am or hide anything I’m doing in my life. It’s that I don’t want to become a part of a story for entertainment value.”

Thankfully, she found a real-life happy ending with Cargile. “I love her so much,” the actress gushed while looking at photos of the couple. “Look how cute she is.” She also opened up about growing more comfortable with her sexuality. “I would never talk about any of my relationships before, but once I started dating girls it seemed like there was an opportunity to represent something really positive,” Stewart continued. “I still want to protect my personal life, but I don’t want to seem like I’m protecting the idea, so that does sort of feel like I owe something to people.”
