“I’m the definition of a crunch-granola girl,” admits the Sleepy Hollow actress, 27, who is set to make her debut as Betsy Ross in Season 3 (which returns Thursday, Oct. 1 at 9 p.m. ET on Fox). “I mean, I make my own almond milk!”
