Jason Derulo attended Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night XVIII at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in March 2012 with both a pimped out neck brace and girlfriend Jordin Sparks on his arm. The R&B singer went through a scary ordeal when he injured his neck while rehearsing in Florida for his upcoming world tour. Narrowly avoiding paralysis, the singer eventually had to cancel the shows.
