In between errands, carpools, and, well, everyday life, finding time for yourself can be as hard as locating the invisible monster underneath your child’s bed. But taking a little me-time is easier than you think with this two-ingredient face mask.

Beauty expert and mom Indie Lee relies on this antioxidant-rich treatment weekly to reduce the signs of aging. “Cranberries are high in antioxidants that work to rid our bodies of free radicals that contribute to the aging process, both inside and out,” the founder of Indie Lee tells Us Weekly. “Rich in Vitamin A and C, cranberries aid in cell turnover rate, warding off wrinkles and helping with dark spots and hyper-pigmentation. Vitamins B3 and B5 also provide an extra boost of moisture for your skin.”

Simple Cranberry Mask

1/2 cup cranberries

1/2 cup yogurt

Place both ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, and apply the mask to your face. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water.
