Study the picture of Jane Seymour above and tell Us: How old do you think the actress is? Fortysomething? Fiftysomething? Try soon-to-be-62! (Seymour celebrates her birthday on Feb. 15.)
The former Bond girl and Hallmark Channel favorite was spotted on Feb. 3 doing errands in a long-sleeved hot-pink dress in Los Angeles -- with nary a hint of makeup on. Unlike starlets half her age who look shockingly exhausted or bedraggled without the help of cosmetics, this hot grandma looked natural and beautiful.
The actress told Us Weekly that she doesn't "diet or anything. I just happen to like reasonably healthy food." How does she keep herself motivated through a workout? "My motivation is that I like to be able to move my body around," Seymour told Us. "I've had back surgery and injuries, so for me -- as much as anything -- it's a question of really being mobile and I'm just so grateful that my body's working. I do Pilates, Gyrotonics with weights -- I do a specific workout that's good for my body."
Seymour appears on the March cover of U.K's Good Housekeeping looking gorgeous and way younger than her real age—but in that photo, she's wearing makeup, of course. Inside the magazine, she talks about the challenges of getting older: " “If I’m not feeling great and I have to go out, I’d probably put a red dress on. When in doubt, wear something red, gold or sparkling!”
