Switching it up — a little!
Jennifer Aniston attended the 2015 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, Jan. 11, wearing a chic chignon hairstyle — a fun departure from her signature look of straight and sleek.
Second only to her iconic "Rachel" hairstyle she rocked on Friends and throughout much of the '90s, Aniston is known to keep it simple in the hair department. "Originally, we were going to do a ponytail, but during makeup, we put her hair in a bun and we both decided it looked great," Living Proof celeb hairstylist Chris McMillan tells Us Weekly of her classic chignon.
Nominated for a Best Actress award for her role in 2014's Cake, the actress looked hot in a sparkly black halter gown by Saint Laurent. She sported simple makeup with a dramatic smoky eye, and accesorized with Neil Lane jewels.
Quizzed about her challenging role, the film's star simply stated it was time. "I wanted to do a role that required some oomph," Aniston said. "It just happened to take this long."
