It’s a short story! Kim Kardashian debuted a sleek lob in a series of Sunday, July 31, Snapchats. While riding shotgun with husband Kanye West, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 35, showed off her new asymmetrical hairstyle, with the left side an inch or two longer than the right. The mom to North, 3, and Saint, 7 months, previously had locks that hung past her shoulders.
To really show off her edgy ’do, she outfitted those kurves in an equally risky ensemble: Yeezy Season taupe booties, an army-green, long-sleeved lace-up minidress and a Louis Vuitton Petite Malle clutch.
Kardashian was still gushing about her new style that evening, while en route to Kylie Jenner’s Los Angeles birthday party. “You guys, I love my hair!” she said, posing at different angles. The Kimoji entrepreneur wore a short look for the celebration, styling an oversize white T-shirt with a cream-colored corset, a pale denim jacket and lucite Yeezy Season 2 sandals.
The Selfish author has appeared with shorter hair before. In February 2015, she tweeted a photo of her dark, blunt bob tagged with a declarative caption: “I cut my hair short today.” And for Paris Fashion Week in March 2015, she shocked her Instagram followers with another bold change.
“So I went platinum!! I have the best team!” Kardashian wrote along with a selfie of her voluminous bright blonde lob. “Thank you to @joycebonelli for being my inspiration and introducing me to @GregoryRussellHair who cut my hair & put this team together! Thank you @LorriGoddard_ who dyed my hair & got this color in one try! Not an easy task!”
