She wasn’t joking! Ever since Kim Kardashian welcomed her son, Saint West, this past December, the reality star has kept her hair in tight braids.
During a December 17 livestream via her app, the mom of Saint and North West, 2, shared that she planned on keeping her hair braided for “months” to “let it grow” and to avoid “putting heat on it.”
The reality star, who is married to Kanye West, first revealed her casual new ‘do during the stream and later via Instagram while wishing her followers a merry Christmas. “Merry Christmas everybody! Good night!” Kardashian, 35, captioned an Instagram photo of herself with Nori, who also had her hair in matching french braids.
The Kimoji creator also rocked the ‘do for her New Year’s Eve celebration with sister Kourtney Kardashian and stepparent Caitlyn Jenner. “[Peace] to 2015,” she captioned a selfie on January 2.
On Wednesday, January 6, the Selfish author went to a doctor’s office with — of course — her hair in braids.
