Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi looked happy and healthy after leaving the gym in East Hanover, New Jersey, on Monday, July 8. Wearing no makeup and Flywheel yoga pants, the 25-year-old MTV reality star sipped a smoothie while showing off her slim post-baby body.
Despite her cheery demeanor, the Snooki & JWoww star admitted she was still feeling tired after a family vacation with her fiance Jionni LaValle, 25, and son Lorenzo, 10 months. "Rockin pink gear today," she wrote in an Instagram caption. "The least I can do is look bright and tan as I'm feeling like death my first day back to training in a week."
After unveiling her 42-pound weight loss on the March 18 cover of Us Weekly, Polizzi has continued to slim down thanks to regular workouts with New Jersey-based trainer Anthony Michael. Once known for her heavy drinking and hard partying, the pint-sized star leads a quieter life these days.
"I feel like Snook is my drunk alter ego," she explained to Us. "When I drink, she comes out and she's crazy and just does what she wants. And at the Shore house, it was a party vibe. That was our vacation, and I was living in the moment. But I'm so over partying. I've been doing it since high school. My pregnancy just changed the way I view things. It's not all about being stupid and going out. It's about family and making memories and working hard. I take everything more seriously."
Polizzi — who said she wants four kids — added that her friends have been supportive of her decision to stop partying. "A couple said, 'I always knew you had it in you.'I just had to mature, I guess. I was so used to having someone take care of me, and now that I have Lorenzo, I'm doing everything on my own," she admitted. "My mom and dad will text me about how proud they are. They're happy I finally grew up."
