Prepare to go a little mad!
Urban Decay is once again collaborating with Disney’s Alice in Wonderland films for a colorful makeup collection inspired by the newest movie, Alice Through the Looking Glass.
Just like 2010’s Alice in Wonderland Book of Shadows (which sold out within hours of its launch), there is a colorful new eyeshadow palette ($60). Housed in a box covered in kaleidoscopic artwork and quotes from the film, the 20 brand-new shades are organized by characters Alice, Mad Hatter, Mirana, Iracebeth and Time.
Alice includes the pink Looking Glass and bright periwinkle Metamorphosis, while the Mad Hatter has the eggplant Gone Mad and magenta Cake. Mirana and Iracebeth (that’s the White Queen and the Red Queen, respectively) feature rich tones, such as the peach Duchess and crimson Salazen Grum. And Time has the darkest colors (perfect for defining eyes!) with the black-navy Time, deep bronze Chronosphere and gray Mirror.
The five limited-edition lipsticks ($18 each) are just as lively as the looks in the film, starring Johnny Depp, Mia Wasikowska, Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter, out May 27. The colors range from the neutral Alice and classic red matte Iracebeth to the truly adventurous bright purple Mad Hatter, berry Mirana and navy Time.
The Alice Through the Looking Glass x Urban Decay collection will be available on May 1 on urbandecay.com and May 5 in stores.
