Jason Bateman is the proud papa of a brand-new baby girl, Maple Sylvie Bateman. The actor's wife Amanda Anka welcomed daughter Maple Sylie Bateman last Friday, the Horrible Bosses actor's rep confirms to Us Weekly.

It's the second daughter for the spouses of 10 years, whose older daughter Francesca Nora is 5.

Amanda's dad, singer Paul Anka, broke news of the second pregnancy back in August, telling ET Canada: "I'm going to be a grandfather again. It's another baby girl."

These celebrities who name their children stupid names are mess up. What happen to names like, Charlotte, Beth, Annabell, Frances, Hazel, Nellie, Rita, Ann, Debra, Lynn. The boys names like Nic, Richard, Henry, Charles, Carl, Oliver. Bring back some of the real old names for a boy like, Thurlow, Casper, Roy, Marcus, Kyle, Roy or LeRoy, Adam, Joe. Old girls names Like Charotte, Grace, Frances, Florence, Nellie, Olivia, Annabell, Aliceson, Lynn, Daisy, Chrstina. Its stupid that these celebrites gives their child names like Blue Ivy, Maple, can't think of some stupid wird names for boys. Think of names that are in your family history so they can carry on names in the family. Go back to the old names that touches you in the family none of these name Monore & Morrican, Give these kids names stays in the family history or names like ones I listed.
I hope their going to call her SYLVIE.
OMG, I am all for people naming their kids whatever they want but sheesh, I mean Apple sounds fresh and daring... Willow sounds like a whisper, but Maple?? sounds like a thud, like "table" or" moping" .....the name has not attractive sound to it at all for a sweet little girl I feel so bad for her.
