She's known for wearing black, and accessorizing her outfits with boots and studs, but Kim Kardashian has revealed that daughter North West is a total "girlie girl!"
While her tomboy outfits and tantrums in the front row of fashion shows might suggest otherwise, 34-year-old mom Kardashian told Vogue.com that her daughter is, in fact, the ultimate mini-fashionista, and the first thing she thinks about when she wakes in the morning is what shoes she's going to wear!
"She’s really particular about what she likes to wear, she’s such a girlie girl,” the reality TV star told the outlet. "Every day she wakes up and says 'shoes.' You have to bargain with her—before you change her diaper she needs a pair of shoes on.”
Nori, 21 months, is no stranger to high-end design. She frequently rocks an array of custom outfits including Lanvin, Celine, and Alexander Wang creations ("he made her the cutest little bomber with this little skirt and studs and socks,” Kardashian says of Wang at this past New York Fashion Week).
And not only is the privileged little tot enjoying exploring her designer fashion looks, she's also busy inspiring her mom's new Kardashian Kids collection which launches on Nordstrom.com on April 13.
One thing North won't be modelling for her mom is the cute headbands in her new collection (“She hasn’t been the biggest fan of keeping something on her head,” Kanye West's wife said, laughing).
But her penchant for handbags is tempting her mom to go in that direction for her next collection. "North does love handbags,” she said. “And anything where there’s a little bit of glitz.”
