Pharrell Williams is over the moon about his son Rocket! The Grammy winner opened up to reporters at the NBA 2K15 press conference on Monday, July 14, about his 5-year-old son's tech-savvy ways. "He's changed my world," Williams said of his child with wife, model Helen Lasichanh.

"My son teaches me," the proud papa, 41, said via ABC News. "It's crazy, he teaches me [about video games and the latest gizmos and gadgets]."

The "Happy" hitmaker, following in the footsteps of Jay Z and LeBron James, is the latest celebrity tapped to curate the soundtrack for the league's official video game. For the endeavor, the creative mastermind reached out to his child for pointers.

"This is one of those times in your life when you're like, 'Think about that one interview when someone asked you a serious question,'" Williams pondered, "and it just hit me… When you asked me about my son and my answer to you was, 'He teaches me?'" Like, that was bizarre to me."

A source close to the singer previously gushed to Us Weekly about Rocket's astounding intellectual capacity. "Rocket is sooooo adorable," the insider told Us. "He's a genius already. He's gonna be just like his parents."

The source added of the Williams family: "They are all three like kids together. They know how to live life." After dating for more than five years, Williams and Lasichanh wed in October 2013.
