While most pregnant women as far along as Jessica Simpson appears to be would be sporting billowy, loose fitting clothes, the Fashion Star mentor seems to only want clingy items that flaunt her growing bump!

In Los Angeles on Friday, the star, 31, hit up the posh Bel Bambini baby boutique for a shopping trip with her mom, Tina Simpson.
Jessica rocked a green knee-length dress worn under a black blazer and sky-high orange and nude platform heels.

In November, the star told Us Weekly that she plans to wear heels up until the moment -- literally -- she welcomes her and fiance Eric Johnson's baby into the world.

47sorry can't appreciate the outfit. Plus in her condition, wearing heels, not a good idea. Think...gravity pulls forward where the weight is, heel also pushh you forward, one worng move & she may regret it! Not to mention all the back pain she's going to cause.
Oh my god... After she gives birth, she's going to need some serious support for those sweater puppies! 8/ and I say that as someone that went from an A cup to a DD three days after giving birth (those SOBs hurt your back!)

Really?? c'mon give her a break, she is pregnant. She wants to wear fitted clothing - who cares? Also in her defense she is only 5'3" and very petite, so she is going to be someone who carries weight everywhere. Being petite myself, it is difficult because when I gain 5 pounds it's like 15 pounds on someone a few inches taller than me. I think she looks great. These people are not in this business to please every person.
so what how big she looks at least she looked nice through her pregnancy some people celebrities included start to look like slobs once they're further along... she looks good if she loses the wait fast or not whats it to you people its her body... different women go through different things in their pregnancies and with their bodies afterward...
I love Jessica Simpson; however, this beautiful girl will one day look back on this photo as "Scary". Elegance lacking to resemble a watermelon with unkempt hair. Very difficult to wear clingy knits at our lowest weight, this is a fashion travesty! Side swept pony tail, lower neckline with an interesting necklace to enhance her beautiful face would be better. A line dress to slim. A woman's best feature during pregnancy would be her face. Not the time to show case a huge and unattractive body. These are private and lovely times for close family and friends. Make a fashion statement with jewelry, hair, shoes and dynamic purses! Jessica what are you thinking? Victoria Beckham did it right!
@Johnathan I've only been a fan of whitney's since I was a baby and her daughters birthday is the day before mine if you don't like what I said ignore it. Jessica is a beautiful proud pregnant woman and she can't help having big boobs she always has and a womans boobs naturally increase in size during pregnancy & nursing and Jess may not be able to excerise because of extenuating circumstances like Mariah Carey Couldn't when she was pregnant with her twins but she still lost basically all the weight she gained while pregnant in 8 months with the help of nursing Jenny Craig and a trainer leave Jessica alone carrying a human being or multiple humans inside you isn't easy
