Happy 12th birthday, Ava Phillippe!

Reese Witherspoon's adorable mini-me was born Sept. 9, 1999 (9/9/99!). While her mom, 35, and dad Ryan Phillippe, 36, divorced in 2007, the blonde pre-teen is often seen spending quality time with both parents.

Although lots of kids might think having an Oscar-winner as a parent is pretty cool, Ava still gets embarrassed by her famous mom! In 2009, Witherspoon told Parents magazine about how her then 9-year-old daughter instructed her to keep quiet at a Carrie Underwood concert.

"Mom, I really appreciate you taking me to the concert, but will you please not embarrass me in front of Carrie Underwood by singing, because she's a real singer, and you're just like a movie singer," Witherspoon recounted her daughter saying.

Funnily enough, Underwood, 28, told Us Weekly that the Legally Blonde actress was her personal fashion icon.
