Oh, baby! The Cosby Show's Keshia Knight Pulliam is pregnant and expecting her first child with husband Ed Hartwell.
The 37-year-old, who played Rudy Huxtable on the hit NBC sitcom, announced the good news in an Instagram post on Sunday, July 17.
"Surprise!!! We have a new addition coming soon," the actress captioned a photo of her holding a cupcake frosted in pink that revealed she's having a girl. She also told her followers to tune into her podcast, "Kandidly Keshia", this week for more details.
Her friend Tobey Renee also posted a pic of the mom-to-be on Instagram and wrote, "Our Sunday Family Dinner turned into a BABY REVEAL!!! #ItsAGirl!!!"
Pulliam and former NFL player Hartwell announced their engagement on New Year's Eve 2015. "Happy to spend not only my new year but my life with this guy!!!" she captioned a sweet pic that showed her kissing her fiancé and flashing a huge engagement ring.
They tied the knot shortly afterwards at their Georgia home.
"We did it literally in our living room in our home," she said on her podcast on January 22. "We come from large family. I'm one of four, Ed is one of six. We invited people. They had no clue they were coming to a wedding. They thought they were coming to a New Year's party."
The former child star joined The Cosby Show at the age of 5, and became the youngest ever Emmy nominee in 1986. After the show ended in 1992, she went on to star in Tyler Perry's House of Payne and The Celebrity Apprentice and films including Beauty Shop and Madea Goes to Jail.
