65I watched his reality tv show with the other Corey and he made no bones that his drug abuse had hurt his health...I believe there was an episode where he was checked out by a doctor because his heart had an irregular beat...how can anyone think that his death was not directly linked to his drug abuse. He admitted as much. It's tragic because he seemed to be turning his life around...but speaking as someone who has made his share of mistakes you have to live with the consequences of your actions. Unfortunately, he died as a consequence. Very sad. There is an epidemic of abuse happening now...crack is more common than weed and we're all paying a price for this state of affairs.

No he did not die of drug overdose, but the drugs were without a doubt what weakened his heart to the point it could not push the fluids out of his body and caused his lungs to fill drowning him in fluid. So, in all actuality, it was most likely the years of drug abuse that killed him in the end... but no drug od.. i believe he was staying clean at the end... such a sad end...
For your information US, Corey did NOT die of a drug overdose. He died from Pulmonary Congestion. Have you ever heard of fact checking? Corey was a talented, beautiful, much loved man who meant the world to his family and fans. Shame on you
"Apparent drug overdose"?!? Come on! He didn't have the greatest past regarding illegal substances, we know, but that's not the cause of his death. Show him (and his loved ones) some respect.
I have had a family members die of this same thing. He would have made it through if he were not an addict same with my cousin, they both died because of bad hearts due to years of DRUG ABUSE! I am a big Corey Haim fan, but I know as well as many loved ones of addicts, that a loved one who is an addict may die of minor things, like the flu because of the years of abuse.
People should get pneumonia vaccines in their 20's. Don't wait until 60, you might not make it. Underlying or unknown health problems like Haim's can lead to fatal pneumonia. Get vaccinated!
yeah, and I'm sure that stadium full of drugs he did his whole life had nothing to do with any of his health problems. No matter what the death cert. says...he died from complications of being an addict.
Corey Haim did not die of drug over dose!! He had a bad heart, which he died of HEART FAILURE!! Lungs were filled with fluid. Why don't you get things correct for once. Stop putting famous people down because of their silly faults. Grow up and act mature.
Wow US Weekly. What happened here? Autopsy proved Corey Haim had no drugs in his system at time of death. His body just couldn't handle the pnemonia he had. A good responsible reporter would try to make sure the facts were straight before putting a story out there. Start looking up your facts!! Now about all the drugs and illegal stuff going on with hollywood children. Its not just hollywood. Its everywhere. I just don't know why everyone can't see its a huge world wide problem now lets find a cure.
Jesus is the answer to each actor and actresse's movie or any other thing that they do. There definately is a God who loves everyone. He sent his Son Jesus to die for everyone's sins, and he put the Holy spirit within them. They should follow God because of whatever they do. God Bless all of you. It will save you, and if you confess you sins to Him he will blot them out. Everyone will either go to Heaven or Hell, so think about this. Find a Bible to read, and start with the book of John. He doesn't want anyone to perish. Then you will have peace in your heart. God bless you all.
Hmmm. Some Young Teen age pop stars have goin crazy more and more it seems like as the yourger ones grow up they overdose or get her in car crashs i think parents should look after there kids a little carefully but other than that r.i.p Corey Haim
What a newsflash. Hollywood ruins people, especially children. Truth is, most all of Hollywood belongs behind bars for illegal drug use and pushing.

he didn't die of a drug overdose, that was proven by his autopsy. get your facts straight before you slander his name. yes, he did drugs. guess what? most of the human race does drugs and bad things that aren't good for them. if they don't die from an od, don't make that be the last thing people think about him.

who ever perscribed him all those drugs needs to be tried and convicted as a murderer and be hanged. An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth,
