Angelina Jolie, Pax Return to Vietnam Four Years After Adoption

After making an enchanting walk down the red carpet in Tokyo to promote Brad Pitt's new film Moneyball, the family of eight are visiting Vietnam, the country their son Pax was born in. See more pics of the family in Vietnam.

On Friday, Angelina Jolie -- wearing a bright blue, flowy, one-shouldered dress -- and Pax, 7, were photographed having lunch in Ho Chi Minh City. The trip marks Pax's first visit back to his native country since the Jolie-Pitts adopted him at the age of three.

Although the glamorous couple never divulge their travel plans until their family is spotted leaving toy stores or playing in parks around the world, Jolie, 36, mentioned this Vietnam visit back in July. The United Nations Goodwill Ambassador told the Financial Times, "We owe Vietnam a visit, because Pax is due."

The local VNExpress newspaper expects the entire family, including Maddox, 10, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 5, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 3, to visit Pax's orphanage in Binh Duong, then enjoy the country's popular coastal vacation spot, Con Dao.
Jolie also told the Financial Times, she and Pitt, 47 emphasize educating their children about their native countries. "They are all learning about each other's cultures as well as being proud of their own. They all have their flags over their beds and their individual pride."

@Frank, that final statement was an afterthought, and I like her so I want to see her in more movies, so that was a bit self-serving, sorry. I don't know if she is anorexic, but what she is doing is not good. I stressed looks, because usually you can see on the outside what poor nutrition or illness is doing on the inside. I am concerned. @Leah: I do not believe this veiny look is just natural for her at any weight. I have seen numerous pics of her over the years and she does not have that. I had a link, but US won't let me paste it. Just search Angelina Jolie young. I believe this has happened to Angie purely due to being too thin. Her hair has also lost much of its luster. Maybe Angie has an illness, I hope not, but we must also remember that could be a possibility.
Even though Im chubby, my hands also looks like Angelina's so whether u r thin or not has nothing to do wiv it. They are certain people who are born wiv that type of hands, wiv veins can be seen clearly just like mine
@Shannon Hopp Wright I thought you were mean because if you really thought she was anorexic, I would hope that you wouldn't take it lightly because anorexia is a serious issue. I would be worrying about her health and not if she will be starring as a lead in a movie.

Its good that he got to visit his native home, but she should indeed get healthy for her children. They are stiill little and will be needing their mom for many many more years.
I think you guys are thinking I am being mean, but I'm not! I LOVE Angie, and I am sad that she just won't be healthier for her kids. I love that she is teaching her kids about their countries of birth. I am as laid back as they come about looks, but I know how Hollywood is. Anyway, I didn't mean to be critical of Angie on vacation at all I just wish she would feel that being healthy is not only important for her kids, but for her as well.

Shannon Hopp Wright Looks is not everything. There were many screen sirens didn't age well. If Angie really cares about how she looks, she would have dressed up in designer clothes & heels like JLo, Victoria Beckham and work out 24/7 like Aniston.

I am afraid to see what Angie looks like when she is 60. Why is she aging prematurely? Are those the hands of a 36-year-old? I think not. She is way too thin and it does nothing for her looks at all. Pretty soon she won't be attractive enough to play lead anymore.
