The new 7,351 square foot house, which sits in an exclusive gated community of the posh 90210 neighborhood where Nicole Kidman and Cameron Diaz also reside, features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Kutcher recently listed his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad, which featured retractable glass walls, for $12 million, opting for a much more kid-friendly abode. A source tells Us the 36-year-old also wanted to move to a location closer to his office.
With a lush green background, the two-story house features a large porch, kidney-shaped pool, vegetable garden and offers the couple "lots of privacy," a source tells Us.
"The house is perfect for a family," the source adds, noting that it's "very traditional and different" from Kutcher's last two modern homes and includes access to "hiking trails that they can get to just outside their front door."
Kunis, 30, recently revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that the Two and a Half Men actor is already a doting dad.
"I'll tell you a funny story," the actress told DeGeneres, "[Ashton] assumed that I was gonna have goofy cravings, so he stocked our secondary fridge with weird food—just, like, pickles and sauerkraut, or, like anchovies and ice creams—just in case at one point during this pregnancy I'd be like, 'I really want something.'"
Kutcher is adjusting his eating habits as well. According to a source, the actor "has a new way of life" and has been "very healthy these days."
This will be the first child for the couple, who got engaged earlier this year.
