Nothing can break the bond of former Mickey Mouse Club members!
On Sunday in L.A., Christina Aguilera, who has been a coach on The Voice for the past two seasons, gave some words of support for her former Disney Channel costar Britney Spears.
"I came up with Britney. Mickey Mouse Club, we were very close. Our paths have always crossed and they continue to cross," Aguilera, 31, said during a press junket for the hit NBC vocal competition. "I welcome her to this family of fun and entertainment and finding new talent. I don't know what she's going to offer specifically, but I know she's a pro and she's going to give, I think, great advice."
In May, Spears, 30, signed a contract with FOX for a spot on the X Factor's judges panel. She was soon joined by another former Disney Channel star, Demi Lovato, 19. The pair replaced ousted Season 1 judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.
Spears isn't Aguilera's only fellow Mouseketeer to have gone on to do big things in Hollywood. The girls starred on the kids' show from 1993-1995 with Justin Timberlake and Ryan Gosling.
