Davy Jones' loved ones are getting ready to say goodbye.
A rep for the beloved singer of The Monkees, who died suddenly at age 66 of a heart attack Wednesday, gave Us Weekly the details for several memorials: a private family service in Florida plus two public services in both NYC and his native UK, with dates to be determined at a later date.
"Jones died after spending a happy family weekend with his wife, Jessica Pacheco, and her family riding horses," the rep explains of the "Daydream Believer" singer's sudden passing.
"There was no sign of illness or of anything being wrong. He died of a massive heart attack while back at the stables with his horses. The medical examiner has confirmed his cause of death."
In addition to wife Jessica, Jones is survived by four daughters from previous marriages.
