Paltrow, 41, publicized the split on her Goop blog in a post entitled "Conscious Uncoupling."

"It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate," she and Martin wrote at the time of the split "We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate."

The mother to kids Apple, 9, and Moses, 8, appeared at the promotional event in China this week to discuss Goop amidst reports that the website has lost thousands of dollars. New statements reveal that Goop reportedly lost around $39,000 in 2012 and about $260,200 in 2011.

"Those numbers are based on filings from a couple of years ago, so you shouldn't believe everything you read," Paltrow said of the reported financial losses. The actress did not comment on her relationship during the event. In fact, a sign posted at the appearance read, "Paltrow will sign books for competition winners and meet the press, but the media has been ordered to keep cameras away," according to an onlooker in Hong Kong.
