Halle Berry filed for divorce from Olivier Martinez for a second time on Wednesday, Oct. 28 -- this time using her real name.

Halle Berry filed for divorce from Olivier Martinez on Tuesday, Oct. 27, and then filed for a second time one day later, on Wednesday, Oct. 28 — this time, using her real name instead of a pseudonym.

Berry, 49, previously used aliases for the divorce papers, according to TMZ, who obtained the documents. The Extant actress used the name Hal Maria on the original documents, a nod to her first name (Hal) and her middle name (Maria).

She also used an alias for her son with Martinez, 49, calling the 2-year-old Mac Martin instead of Maceo in legal documents.

According to TMZ, the actress opted to use fake names for “privacy reasons.”

On Wednesday, however, Berry lists her, Martinez’s, and Maceo’s real names on the papers.

“Things were extremely bitter with them as the marriage went on and in the end,” a source tells Us of their relationship. “Finally they both tried to file against each other. It was always like that, very heated and a lot of competition and battling between them. Two extreme tempers and people that love to fight.”

As previously reported, both Berry and Martinez cited irreconcilable differences as their reason for the split, and are both seeking joint custody of their son.
