Harry Styles Flirts With Mystery Brunette at Sundance -- Plus, More Film Festival Gossip!
What happens at Sundance, stays at Sundance? One Directioner Harry Styles had a very good time at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, this weekend -- and he's not the only one.
The British boy bander was spotted flirting with a mystery brunette at Bungalow 8 on Jan. 18, just days after he packed on the PDA with Kendall Jenner at an Eagles concert, an onlooker told Us Weekly. The two did multiple rounds of shots and seemed "really, really close," the source said.
In fact, Styles has been popping up all over Sundance. Earlier that same night, he hit up the CAA party at Deerfield Estate, as well as the premiere of Zach Braff's Kickstarter-funded movie Wish I Was Here. He even admitted to shedding a few tears during the film. "It was good, great," he told Us after the screening.
Braff's costar in the drama, Kate Hudson, was at the premiere, too, but fell ill before the after-party. A source at the bash overheard Braff telling a pal that the actress was "barfing all over the place!"
Meanwhile, over at the restaurant Table One near the SoulCycle pop-up, Maggie Gyllenhaal was spotted declining an invitation for a free spinning class. The reason? She said SoulCycle is her brother Jake Gyllenhaal's thing, not hers, an eyewitness told Us. (The actor is a SoulCycle regular; he even met ex-girlfriend Emily DiDonato at a class in 2012.)
Gyllenhaal was also overheard talking with a couple of pals about wanting to stay in New York, where she lives with husband Peter Sarsgaard and their two kids. Jake is a New Yorker, too, and was actually in Brooklyn making dinner for his nieces while his sister was at Sundance.
Elsewhere at the film festival, Chloe Moretz ran into Keira Knightley and dished about staying out until 5 a.m. And Jennifer Lawrence's boyfriend Nicholas Hoult lost out on a $10,000 Gibson guitar when he declined to take a photo at the Quaker Lounge.
The 2014 Sundance Film Festival kicked off in chilly Park City on Thursday, Jan. 16, and runs until Sunday, Jan. 26.
