Heather Dubrow is not ready to make nice with Vicki Gunvalson. The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 46, opened up to Us Weekly about the controversy surrounding her costar and her ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers, who has been accused of faking his cancer diagnosis.

“When someone apologizes to you in a real way, then you can accept it and move on,” Dubrow told Us at the 6th Annual Tree Lighting to Commemorate World AIDS Day in at The Abbey in West Hollywood on Tuesday, Dec. 1. “She’s apologizing for being duped. I agree she was probably duped, but the other truth is that she lied and she has admitted to lying but isn’t apologizing for lying.”

Gunvalson, 53, has been under fire for previously defending Ayers, who continues to maintain that he was diagnosed with cancer, despite admittedly faking treatment documents and having a series of discrepancies in his story.

The OG Real Housewife has since slammed her ex, and taped a solo WWHL interview with Andy Cohen to tell her side of the story.

“You know what’s so funny and, to tear a page out of Vicki’s book, I actually started snoring and fell asleep halfway through [her interview],” Dubrow told Us. “It wasn’t that deep to me. I think there are still a lot of unanswered questions. I’m very fond of Vicki. She texted me on Thanksgiving. I texted her back. I care about her and I care about her family, but she lied. I just feel like all we are being told is she feels bad that she was duped. She has been caught in many lies, and I would have more respect for her if she just admitted it, and then maybe we could all move on.”

Dubrow also noted that Gunvalson was not pleased with her Heather Dubrow’s World podcast, in which she, Tamra Judge, and Shannon Beador talked about the scandal.

“She reached out to me to tell me she was pissed off about my podcast,” Dubrow told Us. “I talk about what’s going on in my life, and she is part of what’s going on in my life and she wasn’t that happy with what we have been talking about.”

Gunvalson allegedly rejected Dubrow’s offer to appear on the podcast, which Dubrow thinks is a step back.

“I think that if she just sat down with someone real and answered real questions, we could all move forward,” she said.

As for Ayers’ insistence that he has cancer, Dubrow isn’t buying it.

“There is nothing embarrassing about having cancer,” she said. “If you had chlamydia and you didn’t want people to know, I kind of get that. Crabs, maybe? But cancer, we’re all on your team. You’re not showing documents because you’re a liar.”
