Honey Boo Boo is in the house! Move over Iggy Azalea — Alana Thompson is making waves with her first ever music release, and her rap efforts are a sight to behold.
Nearly a year since her TLC show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo was taken off air, the blonde youngster is attempting a comeback, having teamed up with viral video artist Adam Barta, who is the brains behind this extraordinary musical sensation.
The new release, "Movin' Up" and its eye-catching music video, hit the Internet earlier this week, featuring some impressive dance moves from the 10-year-old reality TV sensation, accompanied by Mama June Shannon, Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson, and her sister Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, 16.
The lyrics give the listener a potted history of Honey Boo Boo's rise to fame. "Started out as a pageant queen / then on TV doing my thing / now movin' up in the world / new fun times with my girls," she raps, while dancing in her own individual style.
And while dashing onto iTunes to download the track might not be top of your priority list, one thing's for sure, once you've got the Honey Boo Boo Bop in your head, it's hard to get it out!
