Jack Osbourne's first few days as a married man are off to a wild start!

One day after the documentary producer, 26, married actress Lisa Stelly, 27, at the Four Seasons Hualalai in Hawaii, Osbourne and a pal rushed to a stranger's aid near the ocean.

"Really proud of Jack and his friend Tyler who saved a woman on the beach yesterday," Stelly tweeted October 9. Explaining that the woman "had a heart attack and drowned," the newlywed said the men "resuscitated her until the ambulance came. We just found out she's in a stable condition! Awesome!"

The life-saving event happened one day after Us Weekly exclusively broke the news that the couple of 17 months had gotten hitched. "I cried tears of joy from beginning to end," the groom's mother, Sharon Osbourne, 60, later recounted.

Osbourne and Stelly are parents to daughter Pearl, 6 months. The ex-reality star was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in June. "Jack's been through so much," a source says in the new issue of Us Weekly (out now). "This is such a happy ending."
