The couple -- who separated in August 2010, less than two months after saying "I Do" -- finalized their divorce Wednesday afternoon. According to documents obtained by TMZ, both Kramer, 27, and Schaech, 41, have waived their rights to spousal support.

The documents also reveal that the couple officially split 12 days after their July 4 wedding, though the One Tree Hill actress waited several weeks before filing for divorce.
