Evans, 21, who is the mother of son Jace, 3, has spent time in rehab in the past, and pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia in April 2011. The MTV star broke off her engagement with her abusive ex-boyfriend Gary Head in May and briefly reunited with Delp. She reportedly began dating Rogers, who is also a single parent, in September.

But The honeymoon phase may already be over for Evans and Rogers.

Early Friday morning, Rogers tweeted that Evans had left him for several hours during the night.
