The View co-host, 41, and Blue Bloods actor, 44, were photographed holding hands as they checked out a site in the afternoon. The couple dressed casually as they matched in black zip-up jackets and pants. McCarthy wore her blonde locks swept back in a bun and donned minimal makeup.

The former Playboy model announced the twosome's engagement just one day earlier on her ABC daytime talk show. "I just got engaged!" she exclaimed to the audience. She showed off her stunning yellow sapphire ring and got an extra surprise when the New Kids on the Block rocker came on stage to give her a big hug.

"This weekend I was sitting with Donnie and he went into the other room and out came Evan with a card that said 'Will.' And he ran away and came back with a card that said 'You.' I knew what was happening and I just started crying," she gushed to the audience. "Then he came out with a card that said 'Marry,' but it was spelled 'Mary,' and the last time Donnie came out with Evan and Evan's shirt said 'Me?' and he was holding the ring." (Evan is her 11-year-son whom she shares with ex-husband John Asher.)

"In that moment, Evan yelled, 'I have another dad! I have another dad.' And it just made all of us cry," she continued. "I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. He's so wonderful."

As Us exclusively reported, the pair officially began dating in July 2013. "I think he would be an amazing husband!" McCarthy previously said on the Bethenny show last November. "So, if he does [propose] yea, I would sure say yes. I wouldn't be surprised if I was the one proposing!"
