Feud alert! Jennifer Lawrence may be one of Hollywood's most beloved A-listers, but Joan Rivers could care less. The 80-year-old comedian is now lashing back at Lawrence after the Catching Fire actress bashed her E! Fashion Police show last week.

"It's funny how Jennifer Lawrence loved @E_FashionPolice during Awards Season when we were complimenting her every single week," Rivers wrote via Twitter on Tuesday, Nov. 12. "But now that she has a movie to promote, suddenly we're picking on all those poor, helpless actors."

Why the lashing out? During a visit with Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer in Sunnyvale, Calif. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, the Oscar winner discussed her dislike for shows like Fashion Police because of their judgement toward other people.

"Shows like the Fashion Police and things like that are just showing these generations of young people to judge people based on things [that don't matter]," the 23-year-old said to Mayer at the time. "They put values in all the things that are wrong and [show] that it’s ok to just point at people and call them ugly and call them fat and they call it fun."

She added: "Screw those people. You look how you look. What are you going to do, be hungry every single day to make other people happy? That's just dumb."

Lawrence's comment may have been blunt, but it was nothing like Rivers' response. "WAIT! It just dawned on me why Jennifer Lawrence fell on her way up to the stage to get her Oscar," she continued via Twitter. "She tripped over her own arrogance."
