TomKat is officially no more.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' divorce was finalized in NYC Monday, according to court documents E! News has obtained.

After the Kennedys actress, 33, blindsided her husband of five years by filing for divorce June 28, the couple was able to reach a remarkably speedy settlement a little over one week later.

In the agreement, Holmes received primary legal and physical custody of the couple's six year old daughter, Suri.

Cruise, 50, and Holmes wed in an elaborate ceremony in Italy in 2006. It was the first marriage for Holmes and the third marriage for Cruise, whose ex-wives include Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman.

How has Holmes been holding up following her decision to leave the Rock of Ages star?

"She's doing really great," a source close to the actress tells Us Weekly. "She's so strong, she's an independent girl with her own ideas. She is fine."
